WHAT IS AVIRT?
Active Violence Immediate Response Training (AVIRT) gives you the tools to understand how to recognize warning signs, react quickly in an active shooter situation, and learn how to control bleeding in life-threatening situations. AVIRT is active shooter response training with the addition of techniques on how to stop the bleed of victims.

When violence occurs, seconds count, and you can't always wait for EMS to arrive. AVIRT is an active shooter training course that also enables you to become an immediate responder by learning emergency stop the bleed techniques. AVIRT teaches how to:
Recognize warning signs using situational awareness
Decide whether to escape, evade or attack
Apply critical stop the bleeding techniques
Respond quickly and confidently in an emergency
PUBLIC CLASSES
These classes can be found on my calendar, are for the general public, and are for between 4-15 people. If there are less than 4 booked, the class will be rescheduled.
COST: $TBD per person; includes materials. Cash or check accepted. Payment is expected upon arrival.
PRIVATE CLASSES
Do you and some friends, family or co-workers want to have a class all to yourselves? Drop me an email to schedule a private class for up to 15 people.
